By accessing or using Revimark ("the Service"), operated by jhansonic ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Revimark is a video review and annotation platform that allows users to stream videos from cloud storage services, annotate them, and collaborate with team members and guests in real-time.
You may sign in using third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple, Kakao) or email magic links. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Revimark offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service, including annotations and comments. We do not store your videos — they are streamed directly from your cloud storage provider.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws; infringe on intellectual property rights; distribute malware; harass others; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google, Apple, Kakao, Dropbox, Google Drive, Stripe, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
