When you use Revimark, we collect:
- Account information: Name, email address, and profile picture from your authentication provider (Google, Apple, or Kakao)
- Cloud storage tokens: OAuth tokens to access your Dropbox or Google Drive files (stored encrypted)
- Usage data: Annotations, comments, and project information you create within the Service
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not store your videos — they are streamed directly from your cloud storage
- We do not store passwords — authentication is handled by third-party providers
- We do not sell your data to third parties
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To authenticate your identity
- To process payments through Stripe
- To stream videos from your cloud storage on your behalf
- To enable real-time collaboration features
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Authentication: Google, Apple, Kakao
- Cloud storage: Dropbox, Google Drive
- Payments: Stripe
- Real-time features: Supabase
- Email: Resend (for magic link authentication)
- Hosting: Vercel
Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and follow security best practices to protect your information.
6. Guest Users
Guest users who access shared video links without signing in may provide a display name. We store this name temporarily for the review session. No account is created for guest users.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
